1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Klinggy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Klinggy provides professional house-to-house pickup and delivery services for laundry, dry cleaning, and other home care needs through our network of partner outlets.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, ensuring items are ready for collection, and paying for services rendered according to the pricing provided at the time of booking.

4. Item Insurance

Klinggy provides insurance for all items handled through the Platform to cover damages that occur after the items are collected from the customer and before they are ready for delivery. However, the following conditions and exclusions apply:

  • Coverage: Only damages occurring during the period after collection from the customer and before the item is marked as "Ready for Delivery" are covered.
  • Trial Period Exclusion: Insurance coverage is strictly NOT provided for any services rendered during the Platform's Trial Period.
  • Mandatory Photo Documentation: Insurance claims are valid ONLY if relevant and clear images documenting the condition of the item at the time of collection from the customer are available in our system.
  • Delivery Readiness Photos: Relevant images of the items at the "Ready for Delivery" stage must also be available to process a claim.
  • Requirement for Good Standing: All past due amounts must have been cleared by both the Brand and the Outlet, and the account must be in good standing at the time the claim is filed.
  • Invalid Claims: If no images of the items were captured at the time of collection, or if the account is not in good standing, any insurance claim for damages will be considered invalid.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Klinggy's liability for damaged or lost items is strictly limited to the scope defined under our Item Insurance policy. Klinggy and its partners assume no liability for:

  • Items serviced during the Platform's Trial Period.
  • Claims where required photographic evidence from the time of collection is missing or insufficient.
  • Damage inherent to traditional cleaning processes or pre-existing conditions not documented at collection.
  • Delays or issues beyond our reasonable control.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Klinggy operates.
